K.C. MacLaren is the Manager of Retail Consumer Technology for Starbucks Coffee Company in Seattle, Washington. Over the years K.C. has designed, built, and managed projects delivering a wide variety of enterprise and consumer-facing software solutions. With Mobile as a key focus area, Starbucks and K.C.’s team recently launched the highly successful myStarbucks iPhone App. Even before that, though, K.C. led the effort to build one of the first iPhone Apps ever – the iTunes Wi-Fi Music Store at Starbucks and the in-store Now Playing service. |
